One person was killed and six others seriously injured after a two-car crash early Sunday morning in Archer Heights, police said.
The crash, which involved two black SUVs, happened around 2:42 a.m. on the 4200 block of South Pulaski Road, according to police.
An unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene. Three men and three women were taken to local hospitals in critical condition, officials said.
Chicago police are investigating the crash.
