An 11-year-old boy was found critically stabbed Thursday night in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side, Chicago police said.
Shortly before 8:15 p.m., officers responded to a call of someone stabbed in the 200 block of West 66th Street and found an 11-year-old boy with multiple stab wounds to the chest.
He was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital where he was listed in critical condition, police said.
No one was in custody for the stabbing and the circumstances surrounding the incident were not immediately known.
Detectives are investigating.
