A 35-year-old man was fatally wounded during an argument Tuesday morning and another man was found fatally shot inside a West Pullman residence, Chicago police said.
Shortly before 7:45 a.m., the first victim was involved in an argument at a residence in the 200 block of East 121st Place when someone pulled out a firearm and opened fire. The victim was struck to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
A second man, 42, also was fatally wounded to the head inside the residence, police said.
The gunman fled the scene in an unknown direction. Detectives were investigating.
