The music headliners for the 2024 Chicago Street Race were announced Thursday, with concerts planned by Keith Urban, The Chainsmokers, The Black Keys and Lauren Alaina.
The Chainsmokers are back on the bill for this coming June race weekend after rain forced the cancellation of their Sunday set in 2023 — they were part of an inaugural lineup that also included Miranda Lambert and The Black Crowes.
According to the announcement from NASCAR, the Black Keys with play on Saturday, July 6, after the NASCAR Xfinity Series Loop 110 race, with The Chainsmokers closing out the day in Grant Park. There will be a “special photo moment” with The Chainsmokers and NASCAR Cup Series drivers.
On Sunday, July 7, country music stars Lauren Alaina and Keith Urban will both play sets before the main event, the Cup Series’ Grant Park 165.
Additional musical acts, including a Chicago music showcase with local musicians and a celebration of Chicago house music, will be announced at a later date.
Tickets for the two-day race weekend July 6-7 in Grant Park are already on sale at 888-629-7223 and NASCARChicago.com. Ticket options start at $150, with two-day general admission tickets starting at $269. New youth general admission tickets for ages 12 and under are free to $45.
