Two men got themselves to the hospital after police were called to a shooting Wednesday night in an alley in the Edgewater neighborhood, Chicago police said. Shortly before 8 p.m., police were called to the 6000 block of North Kenmore Avenue in an alley. Before police arrived an 20-year-old man and another man, 23, got themselves to Swedish Covenant Hospital after being hit by gunfire, police said.
