A female victim was injured from a fall after walking into an intersection when a fire truck was responding to a fire Thursday evening on the North Side, officials said. Shortly before 6 p.m., a fire truck with lights and sirens activated was in the 400 block of West Division Street when someone described as a female entered the intersection and fell to the ground, police said.
