29-year-old woman dies after being dropped off with multiple injuries at South Side hospital

A 29-year-old woman was pronounced dead early Tuesday morning after being dropped off at Jackson Park Community Hospital on the South Side, Chicago police said. Shortly after 3:10 a.m., a woman with multiple injuries was dropped off at Jackson Park Hospital in the 7500 block of Stony Island Avenue. She was pronounced dead a short time later, police said. The incident was classified as a homicide, Police were speaking to a person of interest.
