Senior apartments, hotel approved by Park Ridge City Council
Plans for a senior home along Busse Highway and a Hilton hotel along Higgins Road were approved by the Park Ridge City Council at the June 17 City Council meeting. The two developments approved additional public benefits, such as adding affordable units and sponsoring a gateway sign, to get approval from the city. The City Council approved plans for a 24-unit senior housing development at 819-825 Busse Highway, Park Ridge.
