Two men were seriously wounded in a shooting Friday night in the North Austin neighborhood on the West Side, Chicago police said. Shortly after 11:30 p.m., a 40-year-old man and a 24-year-old man were outside in the 5500 block of West LeMoyne Street when they both were wounded in a drive-by shooting, police said. Man, 35, condition stabilized after being wounded Saturday morning in Little Village
A 35-year-old man’s condition was stabilized after he was shot in the neck Saturday morning in a double shooting on the Southwest Side in the Little Village neighborhood, Chicago police said. About 6:10 a.m., the victim was outside in the 3000 block of West Komensky Avenue when he heard gunfire and felt pain, police said.
