A 53-year-old man was fatally wounded in the predawn hours Saturday after an argument in the West Garfield Park neighborhood, Chicago police said. Shortly after 4 a.m., the victim and a 39-year-old man were standing outside in the 4900 block of West Madison Street when a silver Ford Explorer pulled up and someone exited.
