Wilmette Police Department officers have arrested two people in connection with several local residential burglaries, police said Tewayne T. Kennedy, 28, of the 8900 block of Lavergne Avenue, Skokie, and Eric P. Seaton, 36, of the 1900 block of Prairie Square, Schaumburg, were both charged with residential burglary after Wilmette police investigated three overnight burglaries of unlocked houses east of Green Bay Road in July and August, according to Wilmette Deputy Police Chief Michael Robinson.
