Niles police commander completes training at FBI National Academy in Quantico

Niles police Chief Luis Tigera announced in a news release that Commander Tony Scipione recently graduated from the academy, located in Quanitco, Virginia, and was part of a total of 254 law enforcement officers who hailed from 47 states, the District of Columbia, and Guam.
