A man was fatally shot Friday afternoon outside an Uptown restaurant, police said. Police said the man, who was 45, was sitting in a vehicle in a restaurant parking lot on the 1000 block of West Wilson Avenue around 3:45 p.m. when a pair of men came up to him.
