About an hour and a half after polling places closed in Skokie, unofficial Cook County results showed voters approved/rejected a binding referendum for village elected offices of mayor, village clerk and village trustees. The Cook County Clerk’s Office website announced the result of the Skokie ballot question around 8:30 p.m. on November 5.
