Glencoe voters appeared to have said yes for two separate referenda questions in Tuesday’s election, while it looks like Kenilworth and Northfield residents did not approve measures regarding their communities. In Glencoe, nearly 63 percent of the voters approved a switch to a home rule form of government, according to unofficial results from the Cook County Clerk.
