Woman found dead in Englewood building a homicide victim: autopsy
A woman was found beaten to death in an Englewood building Monday, authorities said. As of Tuesday afternoon, the woman’s identity hadn’t been released. An autopsy concluded her death was a homicide due to multiple injuries consistent with assault. Police said the woman was found in the 7000 block of South Normal Boulevard around 4:10 p.m. Monday and that no one was in custody related to her death. Area detectives were investigating.
