After years of back-and-forth, the Park Ridge City Council now seems amenable to a new development incentive plan that uses some city resources – including money – to lure a development proposed for 1440 Higgins Road. Last call for residents to submit entries for the Norridge ‘Holiday House Decorating Contest’

A tradition in Norridge is recognizing residents who go above and beyond when decorating their homes for the holidays. Residents have until 5 p.m. Thursday to enter this year’s annual “Holiday House Decorating Contest” – and residents may nominate a neighbor’s house.
