Three people were arrested Saturday afternoon at a restaurant in south suburban Oak Forest where “several” people were stabbed, according to local law enforcement.
Oak Forest Police said officers responded to a disturbance at Jamaica Jerk Choice, 6064 W. 159th St., around 2 p.m. and found multiple people with stab wounds. It’s not clear how many were hurt, but police said those injured were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Three people were taken into custody, and police said it was an isolated incident with no threat to the public.
The Oak Forest Police Department’s Investigations Division is investigating the incident.
