Amid rising tensions and the threat of war with Russia, Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States Oksana Markarova visited St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral in Bloomingdale Sunday to pay homage to victims of Soviet genocide and honor those who have fought for Ukrainian independence.
