A second person has died following a shooting in Elgin early Sunday morning. Six people were injured when a shooting occurred at a gathering at the Blackhawk Apartments on Congdon Avenue on Elgin’s east side at about 2 a.m., according to the Elgin Police Department. One man died Sunday.
