What started in 2008 as an ambitious project to take World War II veterans to Washington to see our nation’s memorials and monuments has exceeded expectations and broadened its scope. Now veterans of the Vietnam War, such as brothers John and Bob Runtz of Park Ridge, are the guests of Honor Flight Chicago’s 100th trip.
