Joey Morelli, the owner of Max’s Deli in Highland Park, has no children of his own. If he has his way, though, he’ll take care of a bunch of them around the world the best way he knows how. That’s why he started Joey’s Food Fight, which will take him to an orphanage in Cambodia in July where he’ll set up a professional kitchen, cook, and instruct the young residents how to shop and eat healthy.
