Ribfest has announced that country stars Clay Walker and Elle King will co-headline the food and music festival’s opening night on Friday, with local band Tres Moustache as the opening act. Ribfest organizers had to scramble to find a replacement for Toby Keith, who withrdrew from summer concert engagements after disclosing his stomach cancer treatments.
