Lake County Sheriff John Idleburg reunites with the woman he cared for after she was shot during Highland Park’s Fourth of July parade Monday. “The sheriff kept saying over and over, ‘I’m here for you and I’m not going anywhere,'” the Highland Park woman recalled.
