Villa Park trustees approved a six-month extension for developers planning to purchase 100–110 S. Villa Ave. to build a mixed-use apartment and retail building. Catalyst Partners and Marquette Companies sought the extension because of their inability to secure a general contractor for a fall 2022 construction start.
