Libertarian Jake Justen is one of five candidates running for two seats on McHenry County Board District 2 in the Nov. 8 general election. The other candidates are Democrats John K. Collins and Gloria Van Hof, and Republicans John Reinert and Jeffrey T. Thorsen.
