Less than two months after appearing before the Naperville City Council to ask for help raising money for residents still struggling with yard damage in the wake of the 2021 tornado, Kristy Kennedy and Kelly Dougherty have found a nonprofit partner, created a website and set a goal of $1.5 million to repair the hardest-hit areas.
