A fundraiser in Palatine Saturday will honor the memory of Nathan Halterman, the team manager and inspiration for the 2015 Stevenson High School state champion basketball team. “He pushed us, he inspired us, and he was a great reason why we were able to win a state title,” said the team’s star player, current New York Knick Jalen Brunson.
