In the lead-up to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Annie Scholl fretted that the inflation blowing across the country might finally douse the flame on her Batavia-based candle and handmade crafts business. But she’s been pleasantly surprised that higher prices haven’t put much of a damper on holiday spending.
