For the third time this season, the NBA admitted to officiating mistakes that cost the Bulls a chance at victory. On Tuesday, the league released its last two-minute report, which said the Cavaliers committed two uncalled violations in the final 12 seconds of what turned out to be an overtime loss by the Bulls.
