Chicago conducted 21 investigations of bars, restaurants, hotels and other locations related to New Year’s Eve parties, and issued notices to correct to seven establishments for minor violations.Four hotels were issued notices to correct because they “allowed slightly more than the maximum capacity in guest rooms or the lobby,” the statement said.
