Unlicensed driver rear-ends squad car on Eisenhower, is charged with drunken driving, violating Scott’s Law after failing to move over, cops say

Illinois State Police arrested a Westchester man early Monday on suspicion of drunken driving and failure to move over, also known as Scott’s Law, after he rear-ended a squad car, injuring a trooper and a passenger whose car had been on fire on the Eisenhower Expressway, police said.
