Judge Theodore Potkonjak ordered Yahir Torricella and David DeJesus to be held in lieu of $5 million bail in the death of Niolis Collazo, 23, of Waukegan. The pair, who police said are 16 and 17 years old, are charged as adults with three counts each of first-degree murder.
