A big year lies ahead for Bears wide reciever Chase Claypool. He just watched his teammate Cole Kmet land a four-year, $50 million contract extension worth $32.8 million in guaranteed money. Like Kmet, Claypool is also entering the final year of his rookie contract. He’s been dealing with a soft tissue injury that briefly landed hin on the PUP list. But he was in camp Wednesday and is redy to prove his doubters wrong. “It’s the biggest year of my life, and I understand that,” Claypool said.
