The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 26-year-old woman from Batavia was arrested on charges of improper turn at intersection, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 3:31 a.m. Feb. 4 at 87th Street and Plainfield Naperville Road.
- A 26-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant at 4:04 a.m. Feb. 4 in the 900 block of Fairway Drive.
- A 44-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 3:31 p.m. Feb. 4 in the 1200 block of East Ogden Avenue.
- A 22-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant and on charges of fleeing police, driving without insurance/operator under suspension and resisting a peace officer at 10:35 p.m. Feb. 4 in the 3600 block of New York Street in Aurora.
- A 43-year-old man from Westville, Indiana, was arrested on charges of aggravated identity theft/victim over 60 or disabled, identity theft over $10,000, theft/all other larceny and theft of property exceeding $100,000 at midnight Feb. 5 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 27-year-old man from Downers Grove was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, aggravated assault on public property, failure to surrender FOID card and possession firearm/invalid FOID card at midnight Feb. 5 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 44-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 2 a.m. Feb. 5 in the 700 block of Route 59 in Aurora.
- A 25-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a peace bond warrant at 12:19 a.m. Feb. 6 in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road.
- A 25-yearold man from Aurora was arrested on charges of not wearing a seat belt, driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving without insurance/operator under suspension and driving without insurance at 1:35 p.m. Feb. 6 at West 75th Street and Book Road.
- A 44-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of possession of firearm/invalid FOID card at 4:57 p.m. Feb. 6 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 36-year-old woman from Sugar Grove was arrested on charges of knowingly damaging property and possession of a controlled substance at 8:57 p.m. Feb. 6 in the 1600 block of Country Lakes Drive.
- A 34-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license at 10:57 p.m. Feb. 6 at 95th Street and Skylane Drive.
