The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 27-year-old man from Chicago was arrested as a fugitive from justice at 7:15 p.m. Feb. 9 at West Diehl Road and Diehl Road Bridge.
- A 23-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a warrant and a peace bond warrant at 10:13 p.m. Feb. 9 in the 1700 block of North Aurora Road.
- A 34-year-old woman from Grayslake was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 4:07 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 800 block of South Washington Street.
- A 23-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of not wearing a seat belt, driving on a suspended/revoked license and carry/possession of a firearm at 5:15 p.m. Feb. 10 at West Ogden Avenue and Benedetti Drive.
- A 40-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on charges of retail theft, burglary and forgery at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 3000 block of Book Road.
- A 48-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 5:33 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 3000 block of Book Road.
- A 64-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:49 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 3000 block of Book Road.
- A 23-year-old man from Naperville was arrested as a fugitive from justice at 8:21 p.m. Feb. 10 at South Route 59 and 95th Street.
- A 31-year-old woman from Oswego was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage, illegal lane usage and failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions at 9:13 p.m. Feb. 10 at West 75th Street and Book Road.
- A 29-year-old man from Redondo Beach, California, was arrested as a fugitive from justice at 9:16 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 100 block of South 4th Avenue.
- A 26-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant and on charges of improper window tinting/treatment on windows and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 11:02 p.m. Feb. 10 at North Aurora Road and Raymond Drive.
- A 37-year-old man from Chicago was arrested as a fugitive from justice at 1:20 a.m. Feb. 11 at Aurora Avenue and South Route 59.
