An 18-year-old Park Forest resident died Tuesday night after crashing into a telephone pole, the Will County coroner office reported.
Ethan K. McCall was driving north on University Parkway when his car drifted off the road and crashed near the intersection of University Parkway and Pine Trace Court in University Park, the coroner’s office reported. He was pronounced dead at 8:15 p.m.
The office said an autopsy was scheduled for today, and toxicology reports will be done to help the investigation. University Park police did not immediately respond to calls regarding the crash.
