The following items were taken from Park Ridge Police Department reports. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.
Burglary to motor vehicle
An unknown offender entered a 2021 Jeep pickup and stole personal items before fleeing the scene on the 1200 block of West Talcott Road during the overnight hours of March 23.
An unknown offender entered a 2009 Honda CR-V while it was parked in front of a home in the 1500 block of Habberton Avenue and stole personal property between March 24 at 11 p.m. and March 25 at 1:22 p.m.
Motor vehicle theft
An unknown offender stole a 2021 Kia Forte while it was parked in front the owner’s home in the 200 block of Stanley Avenue sometime between March 23 at 8:23 p.m. and March 24 at 12:57 p.m.
An unknown offender stole a 2017 Ford Fusion parked in front of the owner’s home on the 100 block of West Crescent Avenue during the overnight hours of March 23. Police said the vehicle was unlocked and the keys were inside the vehicle. Police located the vehicle in Chicago March 24 at 8:05 p.m.
An unknown offender stole a 2013 Toyota Highlander while it was parked on the 400 block of Clifton Avenue sometime between March 27 between 1:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. Police said the vehicle was locked.
Criminal trespass to vehicle
An unknown offender entered a victim’s unlocked Jeep Grand Cherokee while it was parked on the street in the 200 block of Knight Avenue sometime between 2:30 a.m. and 7:57 a.m. on March 27. Police said no property was removed from the vehicle.
Aggravated battery to police officer
A 23-year-old Chicago man was arrested for aggravated battery to a police officer, criminal trespass to a residence and resisting arrest in the 800 block of South Greenwood Avenue on March 31 at 5:42 a.m.
Unlawful possession of cannabis
A 32-year-old Chicago man was arrested for the unlawful possession of cannabis and the improper use of a turn signal at the intersection of Touhy and Summit Avenues on March 28 at 5:08 p.m.
Warrant
A 22-year-old Skokie man was arrested on a warrant at 550 West Touhy Avenue on March 25 at 7:27 p.m.
Domestic battery
A 46-year-old Park Ridge man was arrested for domestic battery on the 1000 block of Granville Avenue on March 26 at 11:30 p.m.
Revoked/ suspended/ no driver’s license
A 41-year-old Des Plaines man was arrested for speeding 35+ mph over the limit and driving on a revoked license at 900 Talcott Road on March 27 at 7:45 p.m.
An 18-year-old Des Plaines woman was arrested for driving without a license and having a tinted front window at the intersection of Touhy Avenue and Dee Road in Des Plaines on March 28 at 1:16 p.m.
A 19-year-old Chicago man was arrested for driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and disregarding a traffic control light at the intersection of Dempster Street and Robin Drive on March 30 at 8:10 a.m.
A 23-year-old Chicago man was arrested for driving without a driver’s license in a car without registration or insurance at the intersection of Touhy Avenue and Summit Avenue on March 30 at 11:51 a.m.
