An 18-year-old man was shot to death in an Auburn Gresham home, according to Chicago police.
Trumaine Hatchett was shot several times around 10:56 p.m. Tuesday inside a residence in the 8500 block of South Parnell Avenue, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Hatchett, who lived on the same block of South Parnell where he was killed, was pronounced dead at 11:07 p.m., according to the medical examiner’s office.
Police said no suspects are in custody, and that detectives are investigating the shooting.
