The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 41-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 4:08 a.m. July 19 at West van Buren Avenue and South Main Street.
- A 24-year-old man from Brooklyn, New York, was arrested on charges of reckless driving and street racing at 2:40 p.m. July 19 at Hobson Road and Washington Street.
- A 33-year-old man from San Francisco was arrested on charges of reckless driving and street racing at 2:40 p.m. July 19 at Hobson Road and Washington Street.
- A 20-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of failure to give pedestrian right-of way and failure to give aid or information at 11:25 p.m. July 19 in the 400 block of Hermes Avenue in Aurora.
- A 19-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on a charge of possession of 10 to 30 grams of cannabis at 11:47 p.m. July 19 in the first block of East Chicago Avenue.
- A 19-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on charges of violation of the Liquor Control Act, aggravated unlawful use of weapons, illegal possession ammunition/FOID card and unlawful use of license/permit at 12:05 a.m. July 20 in the first block of East Chicago Avenue.
- A 44-year-old man from Kansas City, Kansas, was arrested on charges of driving on the wrong side of a divided road and unlawful possession of a firearm at 2:53 a.m. July 20 at East Diehl Road and High Point Drive.
- A 25-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:11 a.m. July 20 at South Route 59 and Hassert Boulevard.
- A 65-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without insurance and driving on expired registration at 10:27 p.m. July 20 at West 75th Street and Book Road.
- A 45-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of speeding and driving under the influence of drugs at 1:44 a.m. July 21 at West Ogden Avenue and Royal St. George Drive.
- A 28-year-old woman from Yorkville was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:49 a.m. July 21 at Granada Court and North Route 59.
