The defendant in the first felony criminal trial at the Lake County courthouse this year decided not to stick around to see how the jury ruled. A no bond arrest warrant has been issued for Brian A. Yarbor after the 37-year-old Zion man failed to appear for the second and final day of his trial on Tuesday.
