We finally get temperatures into the 60s with a bit of sun, and people are heading outside to enjoy nature. Apparently the folks enjoying Naperville’s Riverwalk, Naper Settlement, and forest preserves didn’t hear that a new study ranks Naperville dead last in a listing of the “Best Outdoor Cities for Spring.”
