The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 39-year-old woman from Oswego was arrested on a charge of drinking in a public place or way at 1:54 a.m. Sept. 14 in the 100 block of South Main Street.
- A 23-year-old man from Batavia was arrested on a warrant at 2:04 a.m. Sept. 14 in the 100 block of South Main Street.
- A 35-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 2:11 a.m. Sept. 14 in the 100 block of South Main Street.
- A 45-year-old man from Battle Creek, Michigan, was arrested on a charge of battery at 10:41 a.m. Sept. 14 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
- A 29-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 1:18 p.m. Sept. 14 in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road.
- A 34-year-old woman from Champaign was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 11:52 p.m. Sept. 14 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
- A 21-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 1:38 a.m. Sept. 15 at East Ogden Avenue and North Columbia Street.
- A 19-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, improper lighting/head or tail lights and driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:03 a.m. Sept. 15 at Ogden Avenue and South Route 59 in Aurora.
- A 22-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 3:12 a.m. Sept. 15 at Ogden Avenue and South Route 59 in Aurora.
- A 40-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to residence at 9:25 a.m. Sept. 15 in the 700 block of Benedetti Drive.
- A 25-year-old man from West Chicago was arrested on a warrant and on charges of criminal damage to government property, obstructing identification and resisting a peace officer at 3:18 p.m. Sept. 15 in the 600 block of Amersale Drive.
- A 21-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of theft by deception/less than $500 at 7:15 p.m. Sept. 15 in the 800 block of Springhill Circle.
