Naperville bank ATM robbed by suspects who assaulted maintenance technician

Three men are being sought in connection with an ATM robbery Tuesday at a Bank of America on Ogden Avenue in Naperville, according to the FBI.

Two of the suspects approached a technician about 11:10 a.m. while he was doing maintenance on a machine at the 1301 E. Ogden Ave. bank, physically assaulting him and demanding money, the report said. A third man remained inside the vehicle, identified as a silver Nissan Altima, which they used to flee the scene.

They did not imply or show a weapon during the robbery, the report said. No information on how much was taken was provided.

A description of one of the suspects was released. He is said to be about 5-foot-6 with a thin build and was wearing a dark blue zip-up sweater, black ski mask, black winter gloves, black pants and black sneakers
