Relief was a common sentiment at Friday’s opening of the Kane Vax Hub in the building that formerly housed Sam’s Club at 501 N. Randall Road in Batavia. The site, which opened Friday, will operate six days a week and is expected to serve 18,000 people per week to start. Vaccinations are given out by appointment only and walk-ins will be turned away.
