There’s less than a week left to vote for your favorite cookie recipe to make it to the final round of the Tribune’s annual Holiday Cookie Contest.
This year, 35 recipes are fighting to secure enough votes to be in the top 12 and get one step closer to winning one of three cash prizes.
Recipes cover a range of cookie types, from kolaches to macarons to biscotti. Fruit is one prominent trend throughout the cookies, from strawberries and cherries to bananas and apricots. Other strong flavors include snickerdoodle and pumpkin spice, as well as coffee, pistachio and bacon.
Readers can vote below once a day until 11:59 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25.
Judging will take place on Oct. 30. The winners will be notified by Nov. 1 and we’ll announce the winning recipes online and in print on Dec. 4.
