Naperville Police Arrests for Oct. 27-29

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 32-year-old man from Villa Park was arrested on a warrant at 12:23 a.m. Oct. 27 at Bond Street and Brookdale Road.
  • A 39-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on charges of aggravated unlawful use of weapons, driving on a suspended/revoked license, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver, illegal transportation of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance at 1:35 a.m. Oct. 27 at South Main Street and West Porter Avenue.
  • A 37-year-old man from Melrose Park was arrested on a warrant at 4:39 a.m. Oct. 27 in the 800 block of South Washington Street.
  • A 62-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol/suspended or revoked license and aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol at 8:04 a.m. Oct. 27 at West 75th Street and Modaff Road.
  • A 23-year-old man from Gary, Indiana, was arrested on charges of aggravated unlawful use of weapons and illegal transportation of cannabis by a passenger at 11:10 p.m. Oct. 27 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
  • A 30-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of disobeying a traffic control signal, following too closely, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended/revoked license and illegal transportation of cannabis at 11:46 p.m. Oct. 27 at Liberty Street and North Route 59 in Aurora.
  • A 72-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 1:17 p.m. Oct. 28 in the 2900 block of Audrey Avenue.
  • An 18-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 2:34 p.m. Oct. 28 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 20-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 4:08 p.m. Oct. 28 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 36-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of manufacturing/delivery of 30 to 500 grams of cannabis at 12:45 a.m. Oct. 29 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
