With mail and early ballots counted and more than half the precincts in, incumbent coroner lagging in DuPage reelection bid

DuPage County voters had to choose between incumbents and challengers in races for circuit court clerk, auditor and coroner and between two new candidates for recorder.

Only DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin did not face a general election opponent.

Here’s how the results stood as of Tuesday night with all early voting and mail-in ballots in and 397 of 600 precincts counted.

Jeremy Wang (R): 135,983

CORONER

Judith Lucas (D): 157,061

Richard Jorgensen (R-incumbent): 144,379

AUDITOR

William White (D-incumbent): 157,834

Bob Grogan (R): 145,048

RECORDER

Liz Chaplin (D): 164,877

Nicole Prater (R): 136,360
