A 43-year-old woman was injured overnight after a pickup truck caused a collision when making an illegal turn on Lower Wacker Drive, Chicago police said.
Shortly after 2 a.m., a man in a black pickup truck made an illegal turn in the 100 block of South Lower Wacker Drive and caused a collision with a white Jeep.
A woman driving the Jeep suffered bruising to her body, and was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where she was listed in fair condition, police said.
The driver of the pickup truck was injured but he was written a citation, police said.
