The field of medical science is ever-evolving. From high-tech technology to effective solutions that help save precious lives, medical science has come a long way. This progress would have been incomplete without the relentless efforts of brilliant minds dedicated to understanding the human body’s mysteries and developing innovative treatments.
For more than four decades, Dr. Shiping Bao has dedicated his career to medical science. Dr. Bao obtained his medical degree from China at the Anhui Medical University. His time in China helped him understand human physiology and the complexities of disease. Bao’s work in inflammaging, hyperglycemia and hyperinsulinemia syndrome has played a pivotal role in revolutionizing medical science.
In 1992, he migrated to the United States to continue his research work, take up studies in medicine, and later on practice medicine in the states of Texas, Florida and Illinois. Here, he expanded his knowledge and established the basic principles of a new approach to increasing the average lifespan.
As an emerging author, Bao has self-published a book, available on Amazon on a new concept of longevity based on hyperglycemia and hyperinsulinemia syndrome. This theory is part of a growing body of research showing a relationship between chronic high blood sugar and insulin levels as the main causes of aging and various age-related diseases.
Another area of Dr. Bao’s expertise is inflammaging, which is the chronic, low-grade inflammation that occurs as a natural part of aging and could lead to serious health issues. His work as a forensic pathologist also exposed him to the systemic injustices within the U.S. justice system.
In his new book, Bao details his experiences while working on critical cases, including the deaths of Trayvon Martin and Marlon Brown. During this time, he describes discovering the enactments, prejudices, and politico-legal factors that threatened minority people in their pursuit of justice.
Dr. Bao was the associate medical examiner who performed the autopsy of Trayvon Martin. It was during this time that he said he found a web of political interference and systemic racism that ultimately influenced the trial’s outcome. From his perspective, his testimony was undermined by the mishandling of evidence and the deliberate attempts to “throw” the case, leading to George Zimmerman’s acquittal.
In his book, he also sheds light on the case of Marlon Brown, where Dr. Bao says he witnessed firsthand how systemic racism and political pressures led to the premature closure of the case, with vital evidence being ignored or mishandled.
Bao’s efforts for medical science and experiences with systematic failures have inspired him to speak against injustices. Bao’s commitment to humanity goes beyond his job as a board-certified pathologist. Today, Bao says he is using his experiences in the field and medical cases to prove how the government can control a group of professionals and build a fascist system.
Dr. Bao’s new book is available now on Amazon.
